Development: The minor Control has migrated lower to 7743.50 (from 7762). This is very close to the 1/2R off the August high (dashed line on chart) at 7739.5. Control close to centre of range is a balance between Buyers and Sellers.
I’m using 7743.5 as the key reference here – above/below the minor Control = strong/weak in ST.
