Day session high on Thursday was 1049.5 (see pre-open comment above) and ES auctioned swiftly lower. Significant Sellers were marked again, aggressively auctioning the market lower (red at bottom). Value Area was lower and wider so this is Effective Selling for the first time since Sept 1st – see auction chart
See also ES poc support/resistance levels1024 is now the most local poc following the pre-open decline. If Buyers cannot auction price back above that level it puts ES in a weaker price location and a decline to 994 support could be expected. There has been no Significant Buying marked now for seven days which is the longest period the Buyers have been absent since the March low.
